Sept 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:

** Brazilian environmental services provider Ambipar AMBP3.SA said it bought Witt O'Briens for an enterprise value of $161.5 million.

** Japan's oil and metals giant Eneos Holdings Inc 5020.T said it will take full ownership of Petra Nova Parish Holdings, the operator of a project to harness carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from a Texas coal-fired power plant.

** Logistics entrepreneur Klaus-Michael Kuehne has increased his stake in Lufthansa LHAG.DE to 17.5%, Kuehne Holding said , after the German government sold all its remaining shares in the airline.

** Austrian public holding company OeBAG said that the arguments brought against plans by OMV OMVV.VI unit Borealis to sell its fertilizer division to Czech group Agrofert were not plausible.

** Spanish power company Iberdrola IBE.MC said it had agreed to sell to Swiss investment fund Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP) a 49% stake in a German offshore wind farm for 700 million euros ($700 million).

** Africa-focused Tullow Oil TLW.L said it would stick to the current form of its plan all-share merger plan with Capricorn Energy CNE.L , shrugging off criticism from some Capricorn investors who say the deal undervalues the company.

** Australian toll road operator Atlas Arteria Group Ltd (ALX) said it would raise about A$3.10 billion ($2.09 billion) to fund a majority stake acquisition in Chicago Skyway.

** American-Italian-French automaker Stellantis NV STLA.MI said on Tuesday it will buy back shares worth about 923 million euros ($919.31 million) from General Motors Co GM.N .

** The German government has sold off its 20% stake in Lufthansa LHAG.DE acquired during the coronavirus pandemic, it said on Tuesday.
