CMC's 'value-model' tool currently values ALX @ A$10.12, using a 6.63% discount-rate, @ 5.5%, it's A$11.78, bit more (~$1.20) if you up the RoE-rate from 12% to 15%...
Stay tuned, with inflation where it is, 'all but guaranteed' future 'free-cash-flows' will demand a premium to today's prices...
