Gee they seem to be in a hurry. The EBITDA multiples seem to be creeping up slowy and the funding of all the possible greenfield sites would suggest a tapping of shareholders at some stage?
How accurate are the EBITDA multiples that the company supplies when it's a "earn-out" purchase situation, is there somewhere in the accounts that clarifies the buyer/seller arrangement?
