green field sites don't cost a lot in relative terms and turn a profit very quickly ( inside 6 weeks if that) my understanding of the earn outs is they vary site to site, but if you buy at say multiple of say 3 and add it to a company with a multiple of say 12, wouldn't the new acquisition instantly go to the higher multiple?
