TAZZA33 : Where would I start
1/ It's not just Matt's appointment thats a plus, but also Brians and I like the Magpies board member (Alex ?) and hopefully the new board listen to him.
2/ Getting rid of the very poor board members has a positive effect as well. moore ppl had to go and give the place some clean air. The last "people person" (HR) on the board was toxic, sadly she had enough support from other board members who had NFI, to do a lot of damage, All that is behind them now.
3/ As much as the shares have been diluted, the debt burden is down to about 6 weeks trading so it's digestabe and gives Matt something to work with.
4/ Still work to be done in HR space to retain staff, but it's doable. I think the industry is about to see 3-5 year employment contracts as the norm and thats a good thing. 600k/ 5 year contracts will be the new standard (or should be). Once the staff have security they ( the entire business) can settle down and just fix cars for a profit.
