    • TO RAISE A$125 MILLION TO PROVIDE FUNDING CERTAINTY
    • FUNDS RAISED WILL BE USED TO REPAY A$50.0 MILLION OF EXISTING SENIOR BANK DEBT, AMONG OTHERS
    • ALL NEW SHARES OFFERED WILL BE ISSUED AT A PRICE OF A$0.042 PER NEW SHARES
