American Patriot Oil and Gas (ASX:AOW) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details in relation to a potential significant transaction in relation to the company’s assets.
The company listed on the ASX a little over a year ago, and has grown its key Northern Star project acreage position from 36,000 to over 61,000 gross acres.
AOW is also in a joint venture with US-based, operator Treasure Exploration based in Denver U.S.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 30th September 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
