Often you’ll see them working in teams (whatever their agenda) with the aim to muddy the waters and throw seeds of doubt while spouting their meaningless gibber and half-truths. Yet sure enough when good news is announced they’ll keep a low profile, waiting and planning their return to the stagnant times.
It's a moderator problem. All we can do is beware, take notes, point them out, and if a enough of us work it out something positive may eventuate.
