I feel the whole process of turnaround should be structured to build on success, no matter how small.
This means from day one until the end. It doesnt appear that this has happened here, we have been going backward since Francesco came on board. As if you have to tear down first. Are they waiting until the last week of the last year of the five year plan to say "success". Cant see its happening. Month 60 will be the announcement of the new appointment and Francesco leaving with his ill gotten millions.
