They knew what was going on since 2013 and apparently tried to hide it and then hide behind ASIC using them as the reason for not informing shareholders....
These actions cost me, and if I need to help make a lawyer rich in the process of recouping some of that, so be it. Nothing material will come from the RC in respect to AMP, but a successful class action would put the industry on notice and is something that would make companies think twice.
Besides, from the AGM today, the ducking and weaving continues; a display of unnecessary evasiveness in my opinion, and a continued disrespect for ordinary shareholders... bring on the class action.
