The lawyer will need no help from you in the getting rich process as his bill will be paid way in front of any pittance you will get from class action. As you indicate you have been burnt, but as a holder which you indicate in your sentiment would it not be better for all to get the RC out of the way and let the company carry on and rebuild your asset rather than have it further destroyed by class action hence burning yourself and the rest of the other holders.
Those who should be pursued legally are the board members who are all running like rabbits hoping the legal fox won't catch them. Let the lawyers make their loot hounding them because imo they collectively are directly responsible for this mess. As long as AMP don't pick up the bill.
