Honestly, I am not sure how much clearer I could have made it over the last 6 months that this business is stuffed.
The 'Crown Jewel' being Wealth Management is now loss making and thats before it gets crippled through legislation following the royal commission.
Their reputation is ruined. Clients are leaving any AMP related products and other platform options are undercutting them.
They're now just left with a lot of sub par legacy businesses and AMP Capital which is 'ok'.
Honestly, I am not sure how much clearer I could have made it...
