do you expect me to believe that the only thing shareholders can do is remove the board if their not happy with the state of the company they are running you are dreaming squarks
its public opinion questions advice recomendations that are formulated in the media of which hot copper is part of that drives the board and if they dont listen then they loose their positions
just saying the board is no good does not fix anything shareholders have to ask the right questions give advice make unified demands keep them honest
its called shareholder activism
