The life business is the only one part of AMP that makes money when people want to get out. (ie cancel their policy). Otherwise the policyholders are stuck in there. So when I heard the news in NZ, I thought, just what will the market make of this. I think they have been oversold. I have lost confidence in Ferrari (Is that his real name). Surely anyone with any sense would have seen this coming with a proper analysis of the deal. Is the company paying mega bucks to monkeys who should be paid peanuts. I am in so far that I just have to keep buying at lows. I have been trading a bit since the start of all this to get some money back, but it sure aint easy.
