APRA is right their job is to look after systemic risks to the system just like SEC in the US and not lazy customers who invite being fleeced by not doing their homework. The RC should be looking in other corrupt industries like aged care who bully vulnerable people, the real estate industry and the health profession which is full of corruption.
The shareholders of the financial companies should sue the RC.
