How bank know if their customers are dead or alive ? Certainly every bank would keep charging customer, not only bank, try Telecom company, they will keep charge you if you set up direct debit after you disappear what reason include losing money in stock market, or depressed. Any bank are decent satint ?
Charging customer after death is not crucial problem.
