The whole industry is crooked and we have all known that for ever.
Amp is a gorilla and will always get targeted first by the class actions. Will cost nothing if they win, and if they lose the entire industry will pay.
At some stage all this gets priced into the share price... are we there yet? Is this the final stage of capitulation? Will it bounce or do the normal long term flatline? Hindsight will tell us in due course.
My view is its probably due to retest 330 before heading lower, but it could capitulate to 3 like today! Long term i dont see the rush to buy, but i also dont see the panic to sell the blood is already spilled imo.
Just my opinion i really have no idea where the stock price will go but im having a punt on a bounce today since the last time i owned this stock i got them for free from the demutualisation and i sold them on day 1 for about $20 and it changed my life. Thanks for the memories AMP i wont abandon you in your time of need....
