I think we will know late, jan to feb the absolute final results.gov changes etc...they are going through submissions now through to sept,then submiisions halted,then they go through them as well ,as well. the hearing results. to come up with the findings,and present the reccomendations to gov for changes to the regulations etc...so I figure it will be bumpy ride till then yet the rollercoaster is at the bottom of the ride.
