AMP just won a court case where they stated that their compliance regime was not reliable and that their awards were for sales only and not indicative of a compliant business. So now we have case law confirming that AMP dont adequately monitor their adviser network and that also confirms a sales culture. I simply cannot see this working out well for anyone involved.
