I just looked at your equation:
"Secondly, I can not see how they will get production of 200k ounces per annum if their plant is 3 mtpa capacity. Lets assume they use the higher grade ore averaging at 2 grams per tonne in the first few years to build up a cash reserve for plant expansion, then they could only produce 183k ounces p.a at the maximum recovery rate of 95%."
3mtpa x 2g = 6Mg = 6,000kg = 13200lb = 211,200oz x .95 = 200,640oz Au pa. He's obviously very precise this Dr Kitto!
Let's hope those 40-odd-thousand assays start rolling very soon. Some wide intersections at a few g/t always works wonders with a SP.
