I think they are wriggling on, CEZ are very keen
but its not as simple as some would wish
permitting and approvals are a long haul where ever you are in the world
as you said junior mining. our EPA processes are long, beurocratic and onerous in WA.....
there was a trip to Berlin too ( :-0 )
German govt wants to move faster apparently, particularly with the Ukraine thing
