I suspect the board is doing everything it can to resolve the rigid plastics business. They have made it clear it is non core, they just have to find a buyer.
If the can exit rigid's they will almost if not be debt free and will be out on the hunt for further flexible business acquisitions.
At below $0.20/share I will buy.
