look tbh, part of why I invest in this company is because I trust the judgement of management. maybe they're busy? maybe they don't think the announcements are substantial enough to make an announcement? who knows.
I'm pretty sure they're operating on a skeleton staff right now keeping costs down. I've seen plenty of companies burn cash with big recruitments at this early stage and sure, they have an announcement ready to go every time the MD farts, but then those companies cop criticism for not being spend thrift enough.
and besides, other mining companies in the east remnant region (who shall remain nameless) are really pumping out the announcement and they just come across as cheap pumps. I prefer fewer announcements with more substance.
for me, I'd rather a lighter staffing structure and maybe miss out on a few of the less significant announcements for now. in the fullness of time employ staff to tell shareholders what management had for breakfast.
I've been in contact with a very competent person with 15 odd years experience who comes from a comms background in mining peak industry bodies, bhp and rio Tinto who is interested in small company opportunities, and is quite keen to learn more about GRV. I'll forward an email to management when it's appropriate to let them know someone of that calibre is in the market.
I think we'd all benefit if the company employed someone like that, but for now, cash burn is more important and we have to deal with the consequences of that priority.
