Two of our patent applications have now entered into the National Phase. These patent applications cover specific
applications of platforms in the control of resistant pest populations and, when granted, will give us patent
protection in our major target markets to 2039. These applications are now undergoing examination in various
jurisdictions around the world. Completion of examination and granting is expected to take between 18-36 months.
These patents provide increased protection to our technology and support the investment we are making to
develop a valuable, commercial outcome."
