2c is looking more and more likely - why? Because there is no upside. Everything means nothing if you can't turn your efforts into cash flow. Right now they are looking at expenses related to harvesting but apart from the existing offtake, no other sources of cash flow.
As i said, hold off on averaging down - there will be more opportunities
