When CBD is delisted as an illegal drug:

Im interested to see what comes just 3 months away from debate around the ACT legalisation law of THC possession.

i feel... cbd will be the federal winner, not thc. THC conversations will break barriers and form public opinion, for govt to fall back to cbd as a rational compromise. Yes, cbd and thc are completely different, but by pushing and debating thc, cbd is the completely innocent little brother, accidentally, irrationally and falsely caught up in thc's rebellious image.

its not far off... cbd will be deregistered as a drug (under .3 thc) in Oz and allowed for tightly monitored cultivation permits, (no dope mixed in) for cbd sale without prescription. Whats stopping this? Stigma? 2020's the year for cbd downunder.
