The full time one with GHD ended in December when she moved to WOA.
As for the other ones where she was a a board member, it’s not unusual to have these positions as well as a full time job. Board member positions are often around only 1-2days a month and not very remunerated (obviously the bigger the group the more remuneration and maybe additional time).
It’s probably worth noting the other experience prior to GHD as well including working with CBH Group.
