Interesting comment by Ben Cole in the ********* webinar yesterday that the addition of the lupin protein to Oatup creates an even more ‘dairy like’ mouthfeel as well as bringing the protein level up to approximating that in dairy milk. IMO this will be a significant point of difference in the oat milk market going forward. I can’t wait to see what the company creates in this space in the months to come.
