Interview with Jay from ten days ago. Not much in the way of new information, but reference to possible tripling of revenue based on output from the Prolupin facility, as well as the company’s hopes for what can be produced from Saputo’s ‘first’ site. Which seems to me to imply that additional sites might be planned for future development pending results.

A lot is riding on converting current interest to sales from Prolupin site, but that’s nothing we didn’t know already. Also interesting comment about the ‘second generation’ of plant based foods which has now given me something else to research.. but if I take Jay’s comments at face value then we are well positioned.
