I didn't know that lupins were more sustainable than soy. Soy uses alot of water and chemicals, whereas lupin is a dry crop used to reinvigorate soil, to return nitrogen to the soil. And WA grow most of it !
if lupins can take a good chunk of the soy share of the plant based protein market then WOA will be a big success.
