- Executive leadership changes and strategic update (ANG)
- Managing director and chief executive officer, Mr Michael Buckland, has
tendered his resignation with the company
- Decided to confirm peter pursey am as permanent chairman and, on an interim
basis, to appoint him as executive chairman
- Says the company is currently reviewing its guidance for the year ended 30
June 2016
- Is also investigating and implementing a range of strategies in respect of
refinancing and retiring its bank debt to strengthen its balance sheet
