G'day @plough. May i suggest looking at David Singleton's record as previous CEO at Austal for reasons to explain your comments and queries in the last para of your post.
At the time I couldn't understand why ANG employed him other than him being available and based in WA. I'm still at a loss but would love to be proven incorrect. Anyone?
