This is what Klaus does. The Production side of any company that he has been involved in does not interest him. He is here to bring this company up to a point where it will be successful as a producer and then sell it off.
Gold is not his main interest. Lithium is.
The reason that he has sold is so that if there is a takeover the BOD have their shares frozen during the initial takeover period which is about a month. Klaus does not want to have his funds tied up as he is now involved in several other ventures.
Although things are quiet on the home front atm the results of our drilling will be out very soon and from what I have heard there could be several suitors for Amani.
What form of TO will look like is totally unknown But my belief is that production will be very quick as I am pretty sure if what I have found out that our resources are a lot greater than expected.
If the suitor is Barrick, I would say that he will have a new fleet of bulldozers, diggers and trucks ready to roll in.
I think that the 0.001.8 on offer atm will look pale to what we may eventually get.
