Aug 15 (Reuters) - Ansell Ltd (ANN) :
- Full year statutory accounts (ANN)
- FY sales revenue $1.572 billion versus $1.65 billion
- FY net profit for the period attributable to members down 15.1% to $159.1 million
- Final dividend of US 23.5 cents per share (unfranked) in respect of the year ended 30 June 2016
- In the medium term believe a low to mid single digit organic revenue growth rate is acheivable"
- Focus for FY 2017 is fully resolve FY 2016 manufacturing issues
- Board will also consider a continuation of the current share buyback as an alternative capital deployment option"
- "overall our f'16 results were at the low end of our original guidance"
- F'17 EPS is expected to be in the range of US$0.98 to US$1.12.
- In f'17, expect to make progress towards mid-term goals, with organic growth targeted at 2% to 4%, and underlying improvement in EPS of 2% to 17%
