I gave you thumbs up but not in full.
I agree with you but not in full. I agree that, looking at the past, there is huge risk that the money
coming in are 2rd ( or the majority as shown in last financial report) are spent in Diamond'salary
and some other expenses as a consequence of his and other directors' activities.
What I do not agree is the fact you should look this operation from a different angle which is the fact
that to get that 20% someone is ready to pay up, Australian Ethics investments, and in my view
I refuse (hope) to think that out there exist someone ready to invest a considerable amount of money
without the intention to make of profit out of that. That 20% "given away" as you say will give
existing share older a better sp by 10% - 20% - 30%....................80.......% .????? Nothing ?
We do not know right ? Well you have to admit that there is a possibility right ? Therefore it is
a positive news not a total disaster like someone wants to put it.
Once in a while: Give to Caesar what is Caesar's........
