Correct. I've seen so many placements over the years where companies pay bottom dollar to get on board. For some reason they always seem reluctant to buy at anything but a discount.How they do it is known only to the directors of the day.... Fortunately it doesn't impact on the potential future success of the company. I console myself with the thought that if they do succeed in making a lot of money, 80% of a very large treasure chest is still way better than 100% of a very small piggy bank. If they don't, then it's situation normal.
