Surely Diamond should be a part time employee and paid as such.....what does he do for the 35-40 hrs a week? He must sit in his office and twiddle his thumbs all day. Of course he won't want things to change as he is on the gravy train ride of everlasting happiness and paid by you the shareholders as there is no income to speak of.
