you only can have one wholly owned and that is below
ACR is the parent of the wholly owned subsidiary, Mid West Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd (MWI)

ANS does not own MWI, MWI is wholly owned as stated by "ACR" and both MWI and ACR Have Ding as Chairman/Director
