As an outsider and non holder I think I can be objective is saying this one looks like it is about to pop.
Can't believe the Chairman put himself in such a position that he needed to sell (but no doubt this has been discussed to death by now). Suggest a strong protest vote on re-election (i.e. those that don't usually vote do this year) to send a clear message to the company that the Board needs a refresh.
Hope this emulates PRRs run as it seems to have the LT potential to make it look like a side show. With cash in bank and key bits of news I'd give it 1-6 months max before the re-rating.
