I was told the ASX had granted an Extension to the Suspension...

I was told the ASX had granted an Extension to the Suspension till monday but the company may need longer.

Correct me if im wrong but Jackgreen would have to announce another Extension to the market and it's shareholders. And if the Extension is not announced in an appropriate time frame
Jackgreen will likely incur a fine from the ASX ( To state the obvious it will inpact shareholders funds at a time when the company is trying to raise funds)

I do belive the next announcement will be the resignation of a few board members and if they dont resign they should be sacked with no pay for this "fiasco".
