It would be interesting to see figures on customer behaviour.
For instance, dividends may be paid into the trust account, but how many customers might use that feature? If I recall correctly, that is the default setting during account setup, so some customers may leave it that way.
They probably make the most out of the T2 settlement and the $100 minimum balance that must be maintained for those who hold international securities.
