Another stupid idea from the dithering Frydenberg.

So if the government is going to be dishing out loans to small businesses then how are they going to assess the risk of the borrowers, how are they going to manage the accounts if the loans go into arrears by 120+ days, how are they going to call on the debts when they ultimately go bad and finally how are they going to prevent fraudulent borrowers from taking the loans and disappearing into the casinos or some illicit racket?

This stupid government lurches from one cock-up to the next - and the alternatives?? - well god help us!!!!
