HI,
I think the key phrase is " at this time" , but virology, economics and politics may change this.
I would not be that concerned, as far as share price is concerned, as I can imagine a statement attached to such a decision suggesting that dividends would resume after x amount of time.
Watching what they do with the listed debt instruments should be informative, suspension of those payment gives an early warning, or comfort, on dividends.
