Fair point, I agree, it doesn’t scare me eitherBut trying to wait it out an reduce the spread will hammer the economy. I won’t lose my job or house, and fortunately I also have a war chest of money.
I just don’t believe its ethical to let people lose everything. House listings on realestate are surging, property market will collapse in 1-2 months
