This evidently involved typical big bank tactics. They think they are above the law and that they have the power and the financial backing to ride roughshod over anyone and everyone. Let's hope that this time the Supreme Court takes account of the despicable and one could say fraudelent actions of the ANZ and finds in favour Primebroker and the many shareholders involved who suffered untold losses and hardship.
