I should add that plugging the buy-back @ today's market prices (Not really a great way to do it but quick) into my models doesn't move the needle in a huge way. E.g Fair value moves from $30ish to $31ish. Still leaves around $2.7bn in provisions to be unwound if things keep improving but that does start getting close to pre-covid levels IIRC.
