How much due diligence could you possibly need? What could possibly be wrong with the office buildings to lower the bid price. I think it's just penny pinching that the distributions get taken away from the bid price.
Clearly AOF is for sale so there may be another bidder emerge. Hopefully an Aussie bidder like centuria or Cromwell!!
