- Acquisition of high grade tungsten-copper-gold project-aon.ax
- Co has entered into an agreement to acquire an 80% interest in Couflens tungsten-copper-gold project in Southern France
- Has entered into a share sale agreement to acquire ariege tungstene sas which holds rights to 80% interest in couflens project
- Consideration for deal include $250,000 cash, issue of 15 million apollo shares, $500,000 cash, and 65 million performance shares
