    Seems a fair amount of unsatisfied demand out there with the Buy/Sell ratio above 3:1. 3 buyers for every seller.

    I agree with some comments on the AJQ threads the Egilabria Gas Field is highly likely to be a company maker for AJQ. This will increase the EV/Acre valuation all projects in the vicinity and lead to a much higher farm out price that would otherwise been achieved as success or proof of concept has been demonstrated / proven.
