The non-binding letter of intent with Australian Pipeline is another great move by management imo, as they can point to it when they are negotiating with a company trying to farm-in.
Assuming massive gas flows from Egilabria-2, a pipe line could be planned within days and start construction within months, providing a VERY clear path towards cashflow generation. In Arrow Energy, management did not mess around with exploration and got into production ASAP, I expect it to be the same this time around in Armour Energy, where they hold bigger stakes in the company.
This is all of course, assuming Egilabria-2 hits that 8% background gas plus some extra.
The next few months should be VERY interesting for AJQ shareholders and I'm very excited to see the results of the drilling exploration program.
